Because these items are accumulated over different periods and are second hand unless otherwise listed, minor wear will always be noted in the item description. Although we would never blatantly sell an item with observable damage that prevents function, we are aware that things may go unnoticed. As a small business we would like to assure %100 customer satisfaction. Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days and then shipped (holidays and weekends are excluded and processing and shipping may take longer during those peak times). If you require expedited shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS and usually take 2-3 business days to arrive - Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. Only some orders are applicable for express shipping.
If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost -- PLEASE put in a claim with USPS BEFORE sending an email to email@example.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
***Please verify all shipping addresses, once your item is shipped, you as the customer assumes total responsibility for the product and we as the merchant has fulfilled all obligation to the product. We can only assist with locating your lost or stolen packages. We will not refund or exchange.
